Cancellation within 7 days of the dive date: No refund.
If you are unable to dive due to physical discomfort or uncontrollable factors (such as flight delays or sudden illness), please provide a doctor's certificate or proof of flight abnormality, and we will do our best to assist you in rescheduling.
If you are unable to complete the course or dive due to your personal physical condition (such as inability to equalize ear pressure), we will provide a partial refund after deducting costs for air cylinder rental, boat fees, equipment usage fees, and the percentage of the course already completed.
If we need to change the dive site due to weather conditions, or change from boat dive to shore dive, we will refund the price difference.
However, if a guest chooses to cancel due to this reason, no refund will be given. We will provide proof (such as screenshots from the weather app or communication records with the captain).
If the diving activity must be cancelled due to bad weather and no alternative can be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
However, no refund will be given if you cancel your trip simply because the weather is cold, it is raining, or you feel that you may not like the dive site or that it is too far away.
